ODUDUWA UNIVERSITY RELEASES 2022/2023 ADMISSION FORM (DETAILS)


Applications are invited from suitably qualified UTME and Direct Entry candidates for admission into the undergraduate degree programmes of the Oduduwa University, Ipetumodu, Osun State (OUI) for the 2022/2023 academic session.

Oduduwa University Admission Requirements
Basic Requirements for Full Admission

Olevel Result: Five (5) Credits in the required Subjects of the chosen course of study, Including English Language and Mathematics in not more than two sittings.
Candidate can apply through UTME ( with approved Jamb Score)
Direct Entry.
ORDINARY LEVEL:
The minimum entry requirement for undergraduate programmes at Oduduwa University is credit level passes in 5 subjects at the O’Level examinations. The subjects must include English Language, Mathematics and one relevant subject obtained at not more than two sittings. There are other requirements peculiar to some certain colleges and departments.
Prospective students must attain the UTME cut off mark.

There are other screening tests that are required for certain programmes. Information is available on request.
DIRECT ENTRY:

2 or 3 A’ Level Credit Passes are required.
OND, HND, NCE or other Certificates from a recognised institution are accepted for Direct Entry.

How to Apply for Oduduwa University Post UTME Form
Note, prospective students must possess credit level passes in 5 subjects at the O’Level examinations of IJMB/WAEC/NECO/NABTEB/IJMB. The subjects must include English Language, Mathematics and one relevant subject obtained at not more than two sittings.

You are to come to the Admission office with the confirmation print out, O’level result(s), JAMB result and four passports photographs.

Undergraduates: N195,000 per semester. Two semesters make one session. Add 50,000 for practical oriented courses.

STRIKE : MOUAU-ASUU REJECTS FG’s NEW SALARY STRUCTURE FOR LECTURERS

The Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU), Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike in Abia has described the Federal Government’s Consolidated Academic Salary Structure (CONUASS) as “unilateral”, hence unacceptable. The group’s position is contained in a statement jointly issued by the Chairman and Secretary of the union, Michael Ugwuene and Paul Nwiyi, and made available to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Umuahia on Saturday. The statement is entitled, “Failure of Government: Collective bargaining agreement is the way forward.” It stated that CONUASS awarded increases of 35 per cent and 25 per cent of current salaries to Professors at bar, and other ranks, respectively. ORTOM TO STRIKING ASUU BSU– END SYMPATHY STRIKE OR I'II STOP YOUR SALARIES

Governor Samuel Ortom of Benue state, Monday, threatened to stop paying the salaries of members of the Academic Staff Union of Universities, ASUU, Benue State University, BSU, branch if they fail to call off the ongoing sympathy strike with the national body. He noted that the sympathy strike had gone beyond the allowed three days and appealed to the lecturers to return back to the classroom in the interest of Benue children. The Governor who spoke in Makurdi while reacting to appeals by parents and students on the striking lectures to call off the sympathy strike noted that he had ensured the prompt payment of the salaries of the striking lecturers despite their action lamenting that their action was already taking its toll on the students and parents.
