DELTA STATE UNIVERSITY, OZORO RELEASES POST-UTME FORM FOR 2022/2023 ACADEMIC SESSION

The University hereby announces the screening of UTME candidates for admission into the 2022/2023 Academic Session Applications are open to only qualified candidates that scored 140 and above at the 2022 UTME examinations that chose Data State University of Science and Technology, Ozoro as first choice of have completed the procedures for change of their universities of fret choice to the Delta State University of Science and Technology Ozoro.

Requirements:

General Admission Requirements Candidate must possess five (5) credit passes in relevant subjects in the Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination, S.S.C.E or its equivalent at not more than two sittings as contained in the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination requirements

For Public Administration and Fine Arts & Industrial Design, candidates are required to possess credit passes in English Language and Mathematics with at least one (1) Science subject, and two (2) other subjects from the Social Sciences or Arts

Specific Department admission requirements are as in the UTME brochure for Delta State University of Science and Technology Ozoro

Method of Application

Candidates are to apply online by visiting the University website on dsust.edu.ng click on Apply under Admissions and Create Profile, follow the instruction therein and make payment of #2000.00 Two Thousand Naira only) with your preferred payment method (Card, Bank Transfer,etc)

Upon successful payment, upload your passport (not more than 600kb) and in other relevant Information run the following sections then preview for corrections submit and print copy of the filled form

The Applications for Admission would close on October 18, 2022

ASUU TO RESPOND TO FG’S STANCE ON SALARY, OTHERS AT NEC MEETING

The executive members of the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU), led by its President, Prof. Emmanuel Osodeke, is scheduled to meet and discuss the inability of the Federal Government to meet their demands.  ASUU NEC is also expected to deliberate on the half salary paid to its members by the Federal Government last month. The meeting is expected to cause palpable tension among university communities.  The meeting will take place at the union’s headquarters at the permanent site of the University of Abuja campus.
