COLLEGE OF EDUCATION, WARRI – DELTA STATE UNIVERSITY RELEASES POST UTME/DE FORM FOR 2022/2023 SESSION

The College of Education, Warri in Affiliation with the Delta State University, Abraka is currently admitting students for 2022/2023 Academic Session for UTME and Direct Entry (DE) into the following Bachelor of Education Degree programmes:

Eligibility

Applications are invited from candidates who choose DELSU WARRI AFFILIATE CENTRE as their first choice University. Those who did not choose the Delsu Warri Affiliate Centre as first choice are advised to access JAMB website www.jamb.ng.org and change their institution of first choice to the DELSU Warri Affiliate Centre.

METHOD OF APPLICATION

Prospective candidates are to apply online at the College Students Portal https://coewarri.com/application/?p=/application/new/ Fill in names as in JAMB result, upload credentials and a clear recent passport photograph on red background and pay the non-refundable fee of Two Thousand Naira (₦2,000.00) online.
 
Completed online application form should be submitted online and a copy also submitted at the DELSU Admission office, College of Education, Warri.

Note: Candidates must possess the 5 relevant subjects which must include English Language and Mathematics at credit level. Names on O’ level result and Jamb must be the same (AFFIDAVIT OF CHANGE OF NAME NOT ACCEPTED). CANDIDATES WITH 2 RESULTS MUST ENSURE THAT THE NAMES ARE IN THE SAME ORDER.

ASUU TO RESPOND TO FG’S STANCE ON SALARY, OTHERS AT NEC MEETING

The executive members of the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU), led by its President, Prof. Emmanuel Osodeke, is scheduled to meet and discuss the inability of the Federal Government to meet their demands.  ASUU NEC is also expected to deliberate on the half salary paid to its members by the Federal Government last month. The meeting is expected to cause palpable tension among university communities.  The meeting will take place at the union’s headquarters at the permanent site of the University of Abuja campus.
