UNILORIN ISSUES IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL FRESH STUDENTS

For the time being, or most likely until December 15th, newly admitted university students who fall into any of the following categories must wait before they can login to the school’s portal and pay their tuition:

who have not yet paid the 25,000 naira required clearance fee to the university.

who have not yet uploaded the required documentation to the school site are new students.

Students whose admission to the University of Ilorin has just been confirmed through JAMB CAPS but has not yet appeared on the school site.

Students who have not yet been cleared on the school portal, which has not yet been properly adjusted and controlled for the payment of tuition.

new students who have not completed the online clearance process or who were not cleared prior to the portal’s adjustment.

After the school portal was updated, newly cleared freshmen students.

Please exercise patience until further notification from the school administration for the affected candidates in this matter.

ASUU STRIKE: BUHARI ISSUES ULTIMATUM TO MINISTER TO RESOLVE UNIVERSITY DISPUTES

President Muhammadu Buhari has reportedly directed the Minister of Education, Adamu Adamu, to resolve the ongoing strike by university lecturers, ASUU, and other university staffers President Buhari reportedly gave the directive on Tuesday after he received briefings from the relevant government ministries, departments and agencies involved in resolving the face-off with the university unions.
